Ishrath Khan

Research Assistant, Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry, Pediatrics Dept.

Ishrath is an undergraduate research assitant on the MILE project. She is in her fourth year of a Bachelor of Science, Honours degree in Psychology. Her undergraduate thesis is on the development of executive functions and internalizing symptoms in immigrant children. She is also interested in researching the effectiveness of community-based interventions for children's developmental and mental health needs, which is why she enjoys being a part of the MILE team. In the future she hopes to pursue graduate studies in clinical psychology.
